आपका फॉर्म भरने के बाद वो फॉर्म जो आपने भरा
है उसकी पूरी तरीकेसे महाराष्ट्र सरकार
द्वारा जांच की जाएगी ।
वो फॉर्म भरने के बाद आपको वो अप्रूव होने तक
इंतजार करना होगा ।
पूरी तरीकेसे जाँच होने
के बाद आपको पास डाउनलोड करने का ऑप्शन मिलेगा । ➤Important Guidelines To Apply For New Travel For Lockdown
1. All the essential service providers/individuals can apply for Travel pass through this platform
2. Fill all the details correctly and click on submit
3. Combine all the relevant documents in a single file while uploading
4. After submitting the application, you will receive a token ID. Save it, and use
it to check the status of your application
5. After the verification and approval by the concerned departments, you can
download the e-pass using the token ID
6. The e-pass will contain your details, vehicle number, validity, and a QR code.
7. Keep a soft/hard copy with you while traveling and show it to the police
when asked
8. It is a punishable offense to copy, misuse or use it after the valid date or without authorization
9. The size of the photo should not exceed 200 KB and the size of the relevant document should not exceed 1 MB.
10. The application form should be filled in English only.

Step 2: Click On Apply For Pass Here.
Step 3: After Click ‘Apply For Pass Here’. You will see the below page. Press according to your situation. Whether you want to go inside Maharashtra
or outside. And then click submit.
Step 4: After
click on submit you will see below page. Fill the mandatory details accurately
without any mistake.
Step 5 :
· Upload your photograph.
· Upload your Id proof (Valid Organization Document/Medical Report/Company ID/Aadhaar card etc.)
· Upload Doctor Certificate / Fitness Certificate (Not having Covid-19 Symptoms).
· And then click on submit button
Step 6: After click on the submit button you will get the Token ID. Keep the token to see for your application status.
Note: This Token ID is used to see the application status of your form.

Step 1: Visit https://covid19.mhpolice.in/ website to check status of your application form/ to download travel e-pass.
Step 2: Click On Check Status/Download Pass Button.
Step 3: After clicking the Above button you will see below screen.
Step 2: After click on the submit button you will see below screen page. If your application is approved then you will get the Download E-Pass Button. You can download your Lockdown Travel E-Pass. That's Set.
